Training Tri's and Life

i do however have super sore shoulders from Monday morning, but i totally get why you all do this crossfit thing now!

after a warm up of bergner clean (which in my mind i think burger clean cause i was hungry) and 10 push-ups, 10 sit-ups x 3

the WOD was

30 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls 

30 Front Squats

50 Yard Sprint

20 Snatch Grip Dead Lifts

20 Front Squats

50 Yard sprint

10 Dead Lifts

10 Front Squats

50 Yard Sprint

(RX 95 for guys ,65 for the ladies - I did 55 and the catch was the same weight you used for the deadlifts you had to use for the front squats - hence the 55)

this is totally going to hurt tomorrow, but a little foam rollering will help some tonight.  the plan moving forward is to try to incorporate 4x a week crossfit in with the tri training - should be interesting to see how that all works out :)

oh yeah remember i did spin class this morning, i don’t mean to toot my own horn, but toot, toot - yeah, i’m kind of a badass (or at least one in my own mind ;)
