Training Tri's and Life

i just shoved a whole bunch of leafy greens into a crockpot with a pork shoulder and some pickled jalapenos - we’ll see how it turns out ;)

i am just waiting for my laundry to finish and i have vacuumed, washed the dishes and cleaned a little bit around the place…i find by the end of every week it looks like a tornado hit my apartment and threw everything around.

i am also finally catching up on my personal email while listening to wynton marsalis (what!? i’m cultured!)

need to do a little foam rollering and stretching tonight before bed - for tomorrow, tomorrow morning we spin!
