Training Tri's and Life

i’ll stop with the how many times i’ve actually done crossfit now ;)

today was super fun and i know it is going to hurt tomorrow.  we did back squats, first time ever doing those and D said i did really awesome.  i mean i’ve done a ton of squats in my time, but never back squats.  I did like 20-25 95lb back squats :)

then we did the WOD

10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1

push press (i started with 45lb and then went down to 35lb - my upper body is definitely my weak spot)

KB swing as heavy as you can go (um, yeah i actually don’t know what one i used - D handed me one and i said ok :)

finished in 6:51
