Training Tri's and Life

well not too much - i mean i am at work and all.  however, my office mates are both out and so is the boss actually both my bosses.  all i really have to do today is an 11am conference call that i really don’t want to do as i kinda hate conference calls.

in other news i didn’t work out at all yesterday and i am totally cool with that - i also had the most ridiculous dinner - gluten free bagel with chocolate coconut butter and honey with a sliced up banana on top - can you say carb-a-licous :)

today i jumped in the super cold pool at the gym and swam some laps pretty hard for about 25minutes and then did some balance work, pull-ups and dips and some deadlifts and planks all in all about an hour workout.

i’m kinda liking the training hiatus right now, except i never know what day it is - i had a pretty specific schedule for the last 6 months and did the same things on the same days and now that is it pretty up in the air and dependent on my whims i seem to not be 100% sure what day it is anymore…hmmm….
