Training Tri's and Life

since i can’t watch the olympics due to NBC sucking and only allowing those with cable that includes MSNBC and CNBC watch them - i will just write.  Since I am taking a little break on the work-out front (don’t worry still working out daily, just backing off on intensity for the month) I decided it was time to write.  I used to write all the time, i can’t tell you how many half finished short stories i have floating around somewhere.  i figure it is about time i finish something i started writing and i am making a commitment to dedicate one hour a day to writing.  what am i writing, oh who the fuck knows, i’m just writing and going to see where it takes me.

and as all good fitblr do, i did spin this morning - cadence ride and it was HARD! T told me to stop sweating so much - believe me i would if i could.  we also did body fat testing and i’m down another percentage.  once august is over i am going to ramp the intensity back up and really hit the weights to build the muscles :)  i’m still on the fence about the RSVP since my knee, well apparently it’s my hamstring, is still a bit wonky.  I’m hoping to do a 50-60 mile ride this weekend to test it out and see how it is.
