and really you are the one thing i do really really well. i had a great swim yesterday morning. I went with some friends up to martha lake about a 30minute drive from my house and we did a pretty good open water swim. my one friend with the super fancy watch said we did a mile - so i think i did a little over a mile then. i was the fastest swimmer out of us so when i would get to each stopping point, i would then swim back to my friend who was pulling up the rear and swim in with him. it was fun and i felt amazing in the water. i hit the most amazing glide in the water and every time i would take a breath i could see the landscape flying by like i was being pushed along on a dolly. it felt so amazing and i felt like i could of swam forever.
today i went for a very, very brief run today to the gym (maybe a mile away) did some dips and pull-ups and then some bosu ball balance stuff and then some core work and ran back home. my knee felt a little twingey - but not too bad and i am continuing on my icing and stretching.
