2nd to last class
so tonight is the 2nd to last peak performance class on thursday nights with dave :(  i’m saddened by this, but alas time to move on.  the class is being cancelled and will most likely come back in the fall - until then he is going to do a more strength focused class.  i’m on the fence as if i should do that class - i do like lifting heavy things - or do the tuesday peak performance...

Well that was nice
Before leaving work today an IM popped up from one of the trainers at my gym, i had taken a few sessions with him over a year ago and still talk to him and see him frequently around the gym. He just wanted to tell me to keep up the good work and that I was kicking ass. It was so awesome and nice and it totally made my day!

ok it would be handy - but i just warmed up some quinoa with almond milk and some honey and almond butter and threw in a cut up banana for dinner…i just had and have no ambition to cook today and figured i couldn’t go too wrong with the quinoa i had left over in the fridge.  i also sprinkled a tiny bit of cacao powder into it and it tastes super yummy!!   i have to bake some muffins...
