2x(4x400) = ice on knee
yeah well, i did my best on this one knee is still feeling the weekends mileage - i did the first 4x400 no problem - the 2nd i ended up only doing 3x400 and basically sprinted the straights and walk/jogged the curves on the track - but yeah i pushed it as far as i could and for that i am happy.  followed this up with some mountain climbers and some planks and then some push-ups.  now i am icing...
