So now I’m sick :( spent 5 hours cleaning the old house yesterday and then had workout with trainer - then scratchy throat last night tried to ward it off, went to old house to continue cleaning kept feeling worse, skin now aches (oh you know what I’m talking about gave up after 2hours am now at home (the new one) in lavender bubble bath and then am going to sleep :/

Sucks!!! so i have been having ankle pain and went to the doctor this morning and he is saying that i am supinating on my right foot which is creating the pain - so the shoes i have are supposed to correct of pronating which they are but they are now making me supinate….ugh!!! i just bought those not that long ago and now i have to buy another pair - this fucking sucks, running sneaks are not cheap...
